Hi gurl!!! Just wanted to share this our second time having this for our dinner...The men all love it and so do I!!...90+ today no cooking other than the few steps before putting in crockpot...Always a Big Thank You ...Pssst I have a Joseph too that went to Chef school...He still gets a lot of recipes from Me...lolol Your Joseph is a doll!!! Nothing is better than a man who loves to eat the food we make them, and especially when they also help make it! That looks so yummy! I'm definitely going to make this for my family as soon as a couple of my kids who are visiting Hawaii get back home to Alaska. If I made it while they're gone they'll be so upset haha! My husband and our other kids here will love this casserole as well. Thanks for all the wonderful recipes!

Joseph inherited your red head looks .. its also fun to see because his voice and Mannerisms are exactly like his DAD. You have become a staple to watch and a joy. Ive been looking for a easy, no fuss RECIPE to prepare a Mexican American Themed Casserole and i think i found it! Thank you. I cant wait Share with my Neice and her family. Since she works fulltime and we both get busy the Crockpot is perfect. Love, Love the fact that we can put it in a Slow Cooker while we stay busy and run errands, etc and go about. This seems very comforting as we go into Cooler weather. Im sure we'll enjoy. ❤

I have a crock pot, use it alot. Your recipe sounds interesting and fun. I will definitely try this. I like using crock pot because once you put together, you can walk away and relax for awhile.
