Lots of food to be enjoyed today, and that pantry was holding some impressive (& fresh) fish!! All three eaglets were nursing major crops - even LM7, by end of day! The opening clip is I believe LM5 (?) & I have to admit - I'm surprised s/he could even move at that point! 😂
Extended feeding clip starting around 4:17, showing once again that LM7 has a strategy to feeding that works. It is getting him/her fed, and also avoiding strife with the elder eaglets who seem to be becoming a bit less snarky toward their littlest sib every day. Between smart strategy, confidence, and courage (with attentive, experienced parents overseeing it all), LM7 does a pretty good job of keeping up and getting their needs met. We should see a good growth spurt in the coming days, I believe. That will help LM7 start to get a bit caught up. If we have more feedings like this as well, it can only lead to good things!
