No mustard in Croque Monsieur or Croque Madame... and you could put some cheese in your white sauce, it's better ;)

Good recipe dude ! Little tips : - put a bit of cheese in that bechamel, making it a mornay - spread some of that mornay inside the sandwich - get paper thin ham slices and fold them to make several of them fit the sandwich. Try it, you won't regret it ! 😉
