Musically speaking, a "suite" (pronounced 'sweet') is a piece of music that contains different distinct melodies that are meant to be heard as a whole piece. You could easily hear the transitions in this one. Judy Blue Eyes was Judy Collins who had been involved with Stephen Stills. He wrote this after their breakup in an attempt to win her back. She liked the song, but it didn't work.

You need to give Our House a listen. Neil Toung had jouned by then, so it is performed by Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young. Such a beautiful song - written by Graham Nash if I am not mistaken, for folk singer Joni Mitchell whilst they were in a relationship and living together in Laurel Canyon. Do give it a spin! This song was written for and about Judy Collins. One of the guys (can't remember which one) had a relationship with her that didn't work out. Judy was a much revered folks singer/songwriter in the 60's. Her music was never my thing but apparently I am in the minority on that topic.

@@ed.z. What the hell are you babbling about? I've been listening to this song for over 50 yrs., and I don't hear it in any other song..I say there's too much bass, and it has nothing to do with what's on my end.
