Travis shows how to load the CO2 into the Crosman DPMS SBR, including using Pellgun oil each time. Another Airgun Essential from Airgun Depot! Crosman DPMS SBR: www.airgundepo...
If you really wanted to truly have the BEST fully auto BB rifle.. 2 things: 1. Make an upgrade that allows for a drum or magazine that is capable of emptying 300-500+ BB in one single clip / or drum 2. Make an upgrade that allows for a paint ball size CO2 tank of around 20oz. With these two things, this BB gun would be the hell mary of all BB air rifles on the market. The biggest benefit is the ability to shoot fully auto for significantly longer periods of time due to having a much larger magazine that holds way more than 25 BB's at a time, and not having to worry with changing out the mini CO2 cartridges after 100-125 shots. Another benefit, you will sell more BB's
That would be nice if they came out with a drum mag that's for sure. They do however produce a larger quick load mag 25 rounds but has I believe a 300 round reservoir and reloads quickly. It looks just like my 60 round AR mag. But I have to say these magazines are pretty expensive that's for sure.
To stop the bbs getting jammed in the feeder, give it a quick spray inside with a silicone spray, when you have filled up spray the bbs on top give it a shake and you will have no problems and you can use any bbs with this method plus it lubricate the weapon when firing. Hope this helps
@@Evan_briden just spray the bbs with a silicone spray in the feeder which will lubrcate the bbs and you will not have a problem feeding the bbs into the gun just spray and shake the bbs
I’ve loaded my CO2 cartridges the same way as before. However, this time I loaded the left in first as I did before and now all the CO2 escapes through the nozzle of the right side of where the second cartridge goes. Is this an issue with the magazine or am I doing something wrong? I’ve only used the magazine once.
We've seen this issue before, and the easiest way around it is to put in the right cartridge first and snug it up without puncturing it. Then put in the left cartridge, piercing it, and then finish piercing the right cartridge. That should prevent CO2 from escaping.
Any tips for a leaky mag? I bought 2 high cap one's and lasted about 2 reloads before they started leaking. It is really frustrating and disappointing to say the least.
I see some people saying its better to use silicone oil for your co2 than pellgun oil? Also, how do you know when to stop turning to put or lock in the co2?
I purchased the SBR and have 3 magazines. 2 of those magazines will expend the first CO2 and the other will stay unused. I've tried many things putting oil, finessing the torque, etc. It's really disappointing considering how damn expensive the magazines are and I've had them less than a month.
Got mine today with 4500 Umarex steel BBs that won't feed through the magazine / loader I wish the sales lady had told me to get Crosman copperheads. If they won't go through the loader I'm not going to try shooting them through the gun so I'm headed to Walmart! Says in the manual to use Crosman copperheads
Does there happen to be a quick loader for the co2..? Cuz I have one but it's a bit older and I was wondering if there was an easier and quicker way to do it
If you need pellet gun oil to operate the C02 cartridges correctly, then why isn't it a "suggested item" when ordering the BB gun??? I ordered the BB gun, the C02 cartridges, BB's, but nowhere was there a note about "pellet gun oil required to use this product". Also, why isn't the oil INCLUDED with the BB gun if it is a required item???
If you are referring to the DPMS SBR, like in the video, the regular CO2 12g cartridges are sufficient. You can find them at most shops that carry any sort of air rifle, so i go to Canadian Tire
I just got the R1, before when there was only the Drodz don't quote me on the spelling LOL it only featured burst and took CO2 and batteries. Well I opted for a WE TECH M4 CQB. Everything that should be metal is metal and I use green gas mags or CO2 Mags. I got a shorty m203 everything LOL. But I've been wanting a full auto steel .177 BB gun for some time. Since I'm a collector that owns several real steel firearms this is just for fun or non-lethal purposes. I need to test fire mine but don't think the neighbors would appreciate five mags or more lol. I also know better to not store any gas powered magazine charged as it will ruin the seals. This is the second video I've seen stating you can use one CO2 if you won't be shooting much, anyone else use just one? Just need to run maybe a few Mags through if that to be sure it's in good working order.
Lol silly 11 yr old me every time I placed a CO2 cartridge into the mag I twist the L wrench and when the gas came out I thought it was going to explode😂😂
Same for me. Ist one goes out and than nothing. When I remove the second one all kinds of co2 sprays out telling me the gun isn't using the second one. I tried adjusting the depth of the hole where the piercing piece is but no luck. Any suggestions?
Most common cause for this is over tightening the cartridge. Next time you are installing the cartridge slowly tighten the thing wile hold the thing by your ear and listen for the top getting pierced, you will hear the gas as it get's released into the magazine. Then tighten another quarter turn.
What if the rifle isn’t firing still, it was working fine and it stopped all of a sudden, I replaced the co2 even though it wasn’t empty and the rifle acts as if it was an empty magazine even after charging the chamber
are the crosman co2 cans busted or something? everytime i put them in they just start hissing like crazy and all the co2 comes out but ive only ever had this happen with crosman cartridges
Because if I remove it before the CO2 is completely out then it will spray a little bit as I remove it but...at the same time who wants to shoot targets when the bullets arnt shooting as strong.. so Should I always shoot until it won’t let me shoot anymore or is it OK to remove the CO2 before it’s completely out
Just got one of these. It's not cycling rounds. It shoots like a single shot and I have to charge the handle every time... Any advice would be greatly appreciated
Does anyone know how to fix the bbs not being fed properly? My mag will shoot normally but the feed will kinda jam as i go on, i suppose i would need to lube it up but i dont know where to put the lube.
