Crossing with block is used more and more in professional handball, especially for back court shooters. The Norwegian handball coach Patrick Braarud shows us a technique training for the cross with a screen with the Otto Treider Sports School in Oslo. He gives many examples for the handball exercises and expands the decision with a throw from the outside.
