Noah, not only are you a ridiculously talented athlete but you are such a humble and caring human being. In all honesty, a year ago I did not even know who you were but the Crossfit games happened and anyone who knows anything about CrossFit knows who you are now. I recently watched the video that the buttery bros and team Ritchie posted of what you're doing in Hawaii and I have to commend you, man a true role model. Keep doing you and I have no doubt Mat Fraser might have some trouble in the near future. Remain blessed

this guy is an efficiency machine and yet he is so humble.

so much technical thinking and strategy involved in those games workouts man. when you were ahead of mat and you were focusing on your pace but at the same time counting his reps! super cool man you’re insane.

So glad to see your in a good place. Fact we know that PATRICK VELLNER and BRENT FIKOWSKI were what seemed to be up and comers, but have seemed to take a step back. You on the other hand are pushing forward. Fact MATHEW FRASER is in beast mode and very serious about not letting his guard down. The question is I know your in a HAPPY PLACE - BUT Can you go to and are you willing to go to the DARK PLACE it might take to beat Fraser?
