Really cool to see Noah touch on the vulnerability around if it's even worth competing against Mat. I bet this is a common sentiment that just isn't expressed as much amongst the elites. I think that it's cool because it's relatable at many different scales in a lot of different domains even outside of sports. 👏

I remember seeing Noah in his first games appearance, the odd object wheelbarrow race springs to mind, his growth as an athlete and demeanour has changed so much. Games win is on the cards no doubt.

The title of the Red Hot Chili Peppers song is 'Breaking the Girl' and I had to read the lyrics after this podcast because I've sung it a lot and not noticed how it sounds lol. Sounds really weird out of context though. Re dreads, you can detangle them but it's a process and probably not worth the time or effort (especially if they are very long). You can let your hair grow out a bit (untangled/knotted/twisted) before cutting them so you won't have to be like human Max. Do whatever makes you (and your partner) happy.
