7 rounds:
7 handstand push-ups
7 thrusters (135)
7 knees to elbow
7 deadlift (245)
7 burpees
7 kettlebell swings
7 pull-ups
Terrible workout in the sense that it was awesome and hurt in a way a hero workout should. As a smaller guy the main worries for me were the thrusters and deadlifts. Even though I broke up the deadlifts more, the thrusters were what had my attention each round. I in no way wanted to fail a rep and do an extra clean and front squat to make up for it so I paced those and made sure for the most part my form was decent. By round three you will want to quit, especially if you felt how humid it was out here. Yikes. Either way, not an impressive time but happy to say I’ve done the workout. Good luck
