My box has been doing this for a week. Search HVFIT, here on RU-vid, for daily backpack workouts. Warning, they feel just as bad as a normal WOD.

M Starr bent over rows, back flys, etc. can all be done using a weighted backpack!

you made me laugh with your toilet paper. Here too in Quebec, we had the collective madness of toilet paper. In short. At home, I managed to train. I bought just before all the stores closed some dumbell (5, 12, 25 lb), a chin up rack to put in a door, a pilates ball, a dance rope and rubber bands. So I succeed thanks to your advice and that of my trainer to make me homemade programs. I have an inflammation of the right shoulder which poisons my life and I no longer have access to my osteopath or my sports doctor but I still manage to train every day. Thank you for your advice

Ben, I one gallon jug of water works well for arm bars, 1/2 ups, Turkish get ups. Thanks for all you do !

Thanks for all you do man! You're very appreciated. We've been suggesting this to our athletes, love to see what you think 50lb Bag of Sand - $5 Nylon Sand Bags - $0.51 Roll of Duct Tape - $3 (Tape up the bag for durability) Throw them in a backpack or use them as is. Super cheap and effective odd object weights for home CrossFit!
