I love these and they are a great idea! I would love to turn them in the TV and watch them as a family but I have two young kids and I just can turn it on while you string together a sentence half built on F words. I get that you have an audience but any way you can save that stuff for the podcasts and keep these CrossFit community type videos more friendly for everyone to watch? Keep up the great ideas for content!

Would have nice to see them follow the official standard for the deadlifts: "[no] deliberately bouncing the bar." . . .the offset bounce is a deliberate tactic.

JR - Taylor really needs help with his rowing technique. He’s opening up his body way too early on the drive and not using his legs effectively. And the handle dip at the catch is wasting time.

Also… for Taylor to be able to break that (annoying) assumption that some workout results are decided by the movements beforehand, means he is truly a savage and a force to be reckoned with. We rarely get to see that type of gritty comeback in CF competition. It’s amazing for the viewers!
