What are your thoughts on Boz introducing Games elements such as ... minimum row pace or gymnastic movements he thinks people aren't training (L-sit, pullovers, ski the cat) or Turkish get ups and other purist elements? Sort of a "oh you think you are fit because you have a good Grace time?!" mentality 😅
Are you guys familiar with Juggernaut AI and Chadbot? Powerlifting/bodybuilding but a good example of what’s possible. Automated AI that regulates your training based on your own input. Now, a human coach is still better from perspective of coaching, cues, and communication but you could argue the progression might be better handled by AI
