I use to hate on crossfit so much, but truly is the overall fitness staple. I would never have imagined myself doing Legless rope climbs. Doesn’t mean I still don’t hit a regular twice a week and get a quick pump. Love this!
People that said that got hurt doing CrossFit , is either because You wanted to lift more than You can lift, or had Bad tecnique, if You do the workout the way You should do it, You won't get injured, but when You tell people that they're doing things Bad they get angry at You, Even if You was trying to help them 🙄
Really confused on why the resistance band accessory movements are in the end? I thought it was a good idea to warm up with face pulls and such. Anyone care to comment? Thanks!
