@@gmnrggggg Those Sixers teams were basically designed to have Iverson run the entire offense and the other 4 guys play defense. They were exciting but torturous years. How great can your FG% be when you have to take EVERY shot and play hard on defense too. AI is an all-timer.
@BabyJoker 899 You have to be tremendously ignorant to both call Gary Payton overrated and go even further and compare him to Pat Beverley. My god. The cringe is strong in this one.
@@macabree5856 yeah but that was a standard basketball move. Joe Johnson really started dribbling an inch off the ground while the shot clock was expiring.
Man, it's a great move, but the commentary undersells it so hard! He should be losing it like some of the others, yet this is just another Tuesday for him.
@@bradhodgson6963 “but they get more disrespectful”. The stare is disrespectful. The disrespectfulness of it is also what provokes the reaction from people. Do you get it now?
@@B3Band That's not true at all. He was fine before he got his foot stepped on. If you step on someone's foot it means their foot was there before yours-it should be considered an offensive foul just like a charge.
If there wasn't a screen there it wouldn't have even been a crossover. Jrue just got off balance but he didn't fall or anything. Without the screen he would have still been defending him.
It doesn't matter what "crossover" highlight reel you watch, no matter what era, the one crossover that you you KNOW will make it is the "Iverson/MJ"...that is an all time classic!!
nah come on man I know it's against MJ and all but... MJ was still able to contest the shot (even a little bit). I know that back then it was not as common but nowadays we have crossovers bringing defenders to their knees. Their KNEES. That AI/MJ crossover is known because of the context and the names. But there has been way better crossovers since then.
I always figured it was funny how people bring that up but forget MJ had like 30 and won the game🤣everyone is always so caught up in moments instead of looking at the whole picture
4:08 Getting crossed up while MJ watches by a team MJ owns while playing for the same team he used to play on and have him laugh when it happens.... Id never show my face again.
As a guy who knows nothing about basketball, the reaction of the teammates aleays makes me smile. The biggest ball fans are on the benches, and that's beautiful.
I chuckled when Steph had Gobet running in circles, but when D Rose dropped A Miller broke into a full blown hysterical laughter....that was hilarious!!!
god the lance stephenson clip had me fucking rolling for like 5 minutes, the way you edited the reaction clips together and then the cut to his ridiculous dance is absolute perfection dude hahahahahhaahaha well done
You should start a series where you do the best play by every reward winner like the MVP, MIP, roty, 6moty, dpoy. And maybe do one where it's the best assist each year by the assist leader and maybe like that for pts, ast, blk
The gary payton crossover by Jason Williams is the best because you can see Gary go "ooooooo!" as he goes by then comes down to dobwhatvANY basketball player does when gets torn up. He gives props and laughs at himself. That's real ball!!
A 37 years old MJ was still able to recover to stay in front and challenge the shot after getting hit with that double crossover from AI. What a legend.
Brandon Knight was getting cooked from day 1. those Curry crosses on CP and Gary Neal are too crazy though. nice comp (though that Stephenson one was never a crossover).
