Neil Finn is simply one of the greatest singer songwriters of all time...timeless lyrics...so much air in his music, you can breathe it...he always comes across as so authentic.

Sadly I didn’t know much of their material at the time, but I was at their ‘farewell’ concert in Sydney, 1996, 100 000 +, great experience, got the dvd from the concert, very emotional at the end, for all the diehard fans,
We all had a love that complicated our lives at some point. This song takes my breath away. At the age of 18 I heard it for the first time, it marked my life. Today, over 50 years old, I still suffer from it... When I die I want him to appear at my funeral.
Top of my bucket list is seeing Crowded House. But they rarely come to the states. If so, it's usually California. But whoever is taking this footage really captures the feel of being there.
Don't Dream It's Over is one of my alltime-favorites and I have been listening to sooo many different (live-)versions, but everytime it catches me right away so I feel with the lady waering the orange top... there's so much feeling in this song I'm always close to tears, too.

Have had the great fortune to see these guys five times in the 80s and 90s. Snuck backstage at the LA show and drank their booze and had a few laughs, as well.
