Red dots on the carpet indicates Port Side - blue dots are on the Starboard side! Also all the elevators open toward the front (bow) of the ship - with the exception of the 2 glass sided Piazza elevators that open aft.

Good job! I was holding my breath for you. I've been the last one before the doors slammed shut. I have to tell you my favorite viewing was the Disney hotel. I've got to start planning. Safe trip back across the Pacific.
Thx for all your info. Its helpful. Going to the princess cruise soon. Not looking to do the overpriced excursions. I been to Oahu and know some of the prices for the places. Crazy they charge $300-400 for the excursions when ticket prices for some of the places for $20.
@anekinoo7 exactly! I encourage people to explore and look up things on the island without going through the cruise line. The cruise line charges so much more. The only big benefit of going through the cruise line is if something happens on the excursion, the cruise line will accommodate you and stay until you return from your excursion. Time management can be your friend on excursion days. While more expensive, booking excursions through the cruise company guarantees that the cruise ship will be there if your tour driver is late. You can have a nice day without checking the time.

Hay I just found out that the crown princess cruise ship starting in 2025 will no longer be cruising out of California anymore. They will be sailing ruby princess cruise ship
Oh wow, interesting. It has been in San Francisco for awhile. It'll be nice for a change. I'm cruising the Discovery out of LA in November 😁 I'm excited.
It's right at the port when you get off the ship. The hopa on-hopa off bus. They'll give you a really fun tour around the area for 40$. So worth it. Just be earlier than me lol
@user-um7rg3vw7c Wifi is usually faster and stronger than my regular phone service. I was uploading an hour long video. On my regular service, it would have taken hours. On wifi, it took 20 min.
