Those are water-tights, but they're also fire doors. Usually only keep certain ones closed while the ship is stopped, like between the fuel areas and the intake air.

Because they have to move around the ship they can't just shut the doors. They shut the doors in an emergency. Honestly you've left like 20 comments on this video I think you have no life.

They are normally kept open by an electro magnet. In case fire alarm is activated, magnets are released and the doors should close
