This is the 2nd time on P&Os Iona. Love the ship and we were looking forward to staying in a balcony cabin this time as it wasn't too much more than a standard inside. We can't fault the staff, they will do anything in their power for you, that from Ganesh (our cabin steward) right through to the waiting staff, bar staff and receptionists. We were on for 2 weeks this time and it makes such a difference being on for longer. The only slight hiccup was our cabin was underneath the Horizon restaurant which is open until 1am. We must haven been near one of the main entries to the wash up areas as the noise at night was pretty bad. P&O have dealt with our complaint but I'm not permitted to say how it was settles. Apart from this the rest of the voyage was fantastic.
