i do two set of this daily. i am feeling the changes, my waist looks smaller, crease on my back is slowly disappearing and my thigh are looking slimmer. i am so happy.
i have tried it myself. i do two set one after another only taking 3 min break between the sets before going to bed. i did this for 20 days and it really works. And i ate rice and drank sweet tea and still i have seen the improvement.
i ate cooked vegetables and also chicken twice a weak. And for break fast i ate white bread and butter along with sweet tea..even after eating all this i was able to see the changes. But if ur eating healthy and doing this exercise u will definitely see the changes. Eat vegetable, drink lot of water, don't eat late night.. if ur hungry at night then eat fruits but don't eat heavy food at night. exercise before going to bed. I am not that heavy so this workout worked for me.One is Not enough u have to do two sets of this workout
I've been doing this workout, plus your floor ab routine. I do this 3-4 days a week. On the other days, I do another ab routine. I also do 25 -30 minutes of yoga and 20 minutes of pilates. For cardio, I use Leslie Sansone's walk at home workouts, plus jumping rope, and light jogging in place. I also hike outside, do push-ups, and strength training with resistance bands. This is my exercise routine when I travel overseas with my husband. ☺️

You need daily cardio, and strength training for the entire body, 2-4x/week. Ab exercises are only a very small part of having a lean belly....You will also need a clean eating habit!
I had surgery last fall and was told not to do any ab exercises that make you bear down. I have been and avid exerciser all my life and watching my abs get flabby has been discouraging. This routine solves all my problems. It's safe and yes, it does work.

In April, I finally told myself I need to lose my college weight. Along with eating more salads, proteins, cutting out pop and sweetened juices, and doing these exercises, I've lost the 12 pounds I was aiming for, plus another 12. Now I'm maintaining it and you lovely people at FitnessBlender really helped. Thank you

I used to be incredibly fit until a car accident in my 7th month of pregnancy, then I couldn't even sit upright. Nearly a decade later, my back has healed on its own to where I can sit, stand for more than 10 minutes, or walk without a bothersome cane. (Believe me as a single mom this made grocery shopping with a newborn pretty tough.) Now that I'm ready to get my body back, I have almost 50 lbs to lose. I've joined a gym but am too embarrassed to go. This is the perfect program to combine with walking at the gym when I can go without being humiliated.
+MJ Brewer good luck i have 40 to go. currently 180 trying to get back to 140! dont be embarrassed to go to the gym. We all love to see someone bettering themselves. Plus everyone is probably too focused on being embarrassed about themselves ;) lol
How are you doing in the mean time? Are you becoming stronger? Good luck, keep working for your goals. I also prefer doinn workouts from home, even though I have only a few pounds left to lose. It is cheaper, more comfy and convenient. :-)
MJ Brewer Switch to a good Y membership if available. It's so not the meat market type of gym environment. I felt the same until I tried our local Y. I've made new lifetime friends there also. Good luck. One more thing: anybody who would judge you is an ass and not worth spit.
@@roguenrawwellness7682dorsey shes lying. to lose 30 lbs it would take 3-4 months if your goal weight is to be at a healthy average weight depending on what your BMI is supposed to be at. However, it would make sense if she was morbidly obese because people who are obese would lose lbs faster or if she starved herself while working out, which is dangerous for your body, more importantly, your bones.
I love this workout. Since you don't have to lie down and don't need any equipment, you can do this everywhere. I do this mostly in my office to stretch myself after long sitting. Excelent!
The jazz jacks are really fun! I liked this workout, thanks :) I started excercising about two weeks ago. Im already naturally thin (5"4, 108lbs) but I struggle with depression and I would prefer not to take drugs if I can avoid them. I do counceling and then I started these videos because my therapist suggested it would improve my mood. It DOES help a lot. And feeling stronger is a good bonus! I will definitely continue using these videos :)
This is so fun. This definitely got me sweating and feeling the burn. I'm glad I came across this channel. I'd rather workout in the comfort of my own home, then at a gym. #stillselfconscious I'm looking forward to more workouts :)

I've been focusing on this exact video for over a month now. I still have love handles and a bit of a beer gut (I am a big beer drinker though) and I am seeing results. My abs are chiseled or anything bit damn if they don't look good. I use this video because of my asthma, I can't go crazy intense. I do do weight training and play sports with my sisters. Just a little review for anyone looking for a comment that isn't negative

I really am enjoying this workout routine. I started on Monday July 14 (almost two weeks ago) and I have been using this exercise every morning before breakfast and every night before bed minus a couple of nights. I am more flexible and I can see results in inches around my waist already. In order to get the best results how often should I do this workout routine?
I'm no expert but it depends on what your goal is. If you want to lose weight 'fast', I'd do it once or twice everyday. If you are just looking to keep toned and active, I'd suggest 4 to 5 times a week (or more if you enjoy it).
Love this workout. I dislike traditional ab workouts and this fits the bill. I am also using your lean arms workout, adios love handles, and quick sweat workout. They have helped me tremendously to trim me up! I am looking forward to your workout videos!
thats what i felt too the first few times, i rest may shoulder halfway... then i got used to it and now i don't feel it in my shoulders, my abs are sore tho hehehe
Check your form! make sure you are keeping your core muscles contracted and that you are focusing on "working against" yourself the whole time. Also, it's not strange that you feel it in your shoulders, legs, etc - we very rarely give you guys exercises that work just the abs because that hardly burns any calories and typical ab isolation exercises are not all that functional. With this routine you build up functional strength and ranges of motion, and burn more calories.
I just found this page last night worked my butt off to the fat burning, cardio workout 37 min. I did ok for 30 min. But I had tomidify the jumping jacks. Now I will add this to my weekly routine and alternate the two routines nightly. I also, have started adding walking to my nightly routine. My 11 year old is my workout buddy, hopefully I csn finally get my health back on track. Thanks Fitness Bender.
This is a great workout. I am on my 8th week of this one in the evening after work. Before I go to town I chose between the FB boot camp or another low intensity workout from Fitness Blender. I have osteoarthrisitis and a permanent injury in my knee. Don't have a thyroid any longer and I am over 50. I love these workouts and enjoy doing these in the privacy of my home.
If it isn't challenging, you aren't doing it right. Make sure that you are contracting your muscles and working against yourself the entire time. There's a big difference between that and just going through the motions!
This is the perfect workout to do when you don’t feel like working out. It’s just 10 mins, and after it you’ll feel motivated to do another one! Also: I love this workout as I can watch bad reality tv while doing it without missing anything because I have to get down on the floor

I love these videos. I teach water aerobics and am tired of doing the same thing all of the time. These videos give me some fresh new ideas and showed me that you can really almost do anything in the water you do on land!
Remember - belly fat loss = regular cardio, healthy eating, allover strength training/toning. This workout is great for toning but it's also only 10 minutes. Pair this with other routines and you will lose belly fat faster.
Although it is supposed for the abs, it is good for the spine, too. These motions are very helpful, our spine is supposed to twist and turn and not only for standing or just sitting straight. Rotation is the key to help your spine. Oh, and it's also good for thinghs and buns. Added to my morning routine.
I did this routine,consistently everyday .Combined with ,other workout routines.Yes it kills,the arms .But your your abs , are in constant motion.Rotations and movements.After weeks of this ,I saw the results.This helped me on my way to hourglass figure.I know it did:-)

Wow ,it took 7 months before.I started seeing real results.I did this routine 2 times a day .With other workout routines.From Fitness Blender and others.I also included reg crunches .I thought ,it was bull .Tell my waistline started shrinking and I started seeing .Some kind of definition in my stomach.
I saved many of these workouts in my favs. I love them. All of them! oh, by the way...I am 53 yrs old and keep up rather well I must say! Doc says go for it! I have fibromyalgia. The weights can only help. They certainly do...thanks for the works outs!
If you really focus on deliberate, controlled movements, it can be as effective as crunches, yes. Plus, this is really kind of a light cardio workout, as well, which helps burn off a few extra calories which in turn can help eventually lower body fat %, and so on... :)
You have some excellent work outs! I especially like that I can do these with out little to no equipment at all, and I can do it right in the privacy of my home! No more excuses! =P
I did this, today, as well as starting off with your oblique/ab video that goes for 34 minutes, and finishing up with some independent moves, doing the highest reps I could manage. My god, these are *hard*! But you know what? I love them. I'm definitely going to keep coming back.

I was always thin up until i began having health problems and the meds made me gain weight no matter what and how little I ate. 2 days ago I began doing your workouts and honestly I slimmed down A LOT on my lower abdomen, which has been such a struggle for me to slim down and tone that part of my body. Thank you SO much!!!!
My back is relatively strong, so when I try crunches of any kind my body naturally favours my back muscles over my weaker core muscles. So these kinds of ab workouts are hugely helpful, as they force my body to favour, and work out, the core muscles. 🙂

I do this as part of two other exercises on RU-vid. I love that this is upright like the other commentor stated. We do enough laying down when we sleep at night..we don’t need to do that during our workout routine.

Focus on feeling it in your core, you have to really work to feel that squeeze. Going through the motions doesn't do a lot of good, imagine working against yourself on the moves.
i have being doing this for 3 days,2 rounds a day already and i have been doing sit ups before doing this workout and i have to say it is great...i am starting to have abs now and i am actually impressed by it!!
In my case it is definitely to avoid the back pain and neck pain from floor crunches. I love this workout, and am seeing results after just one week of doing these exercises every other day.
I like this workout for various reasons. * I like to use it as my cool down for my main workout * tired of doing crunches and this way I can squeeze in some ab workout. * variety is the spice of life.
I had problem with my back muscle. But right now I am doing this workout once in a day and I am doing double round with this workout ..now I am perfectly fine. No need to go to the doctor for my muscle pain. Thanks .I love this workout
