This crunchy and delicious eggplant snack is perfect for a gathering with friends, as a starter, or to accompany a movie night, and I promise you're going to love it!
Cup's measurement: 250 ml
INGREDIENTS:
2 eggplants
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
2 teaspoons of garlic powder
1 cup of wheat flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
Frying oil
METHOD:
Add the flour and cornstarch to a large bowl along with 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika, salt and pepper to taste, and mix to combine.
Put on the oil in a deep pot and heat it over medium high heat.
Peel and dice the two eggplants, then add salt and pepper to taste, sweet paprika and garlic powder, and mix to combine.
Add the seasoned eggplant to the flor mix, and stir to cover all the eggplant cubes
When to oil is hot enough, add the diced eggplants to the oil in batches, and fry them until golden brown.
