Shout out to Dr.Bonehead, sacrificed his chance to potentially receive support from Crunchyroll for TOG advertisement just to make people aware of the truth that Crunchyroll is treating voice actors badly and consider them as "disposable cannon fodder" who can be replaced at any given time and however they like.

Support your unions and workers yall. And yes, it is always a moral imperative to pirate even if you can afford it IF you are protesting the company in question and not to make it harder for workers to get their job back. IE: Here because the victim is AT&T and we should all hate them lmao. Edit: I forgot AT T sold them to Sony. So we should still hate them but mostly for this lmao.

I was not expecting this to be the closest we get to Anime news in the 8 months since the announcement. I hope the old and new dub cast do very well. But Crunchyroll deserve every bit of backlash for treating actors like this. After seeing Valerie rose (Rachel VA) on the subreddit and this channel I started to appreciate the tower of god dub more than most anime English dubs. Now it seems they won't be back for Season 2.

Crunchy roll treats it’s employees horribly. The Voice of rika(one of two main characters in the movie) for jujutsu Kiasen zero stated her pay for the dubbing of the whole movie was a little over 150 bucks. Which is baffling to me

I’m not much into dub, even more eng dub (eng is my 2nd language) but this is ridiculous, and should not happen under any circumstances, I really hope there’s something that can be done against CR so that they don’t do this again (not sure if they are breaking any US law though)

Thanks a lot for sharing about this topic, it's really important. I personally wasn't aware of this problem but those voice actors deserve more support, support that they visibly can't get because they worked with Crunchyroll on this one anime. Now of course I can't say that I know what exactly is going on with Crunchyroll but it surely doesn't seem good from an exterior point of view. Hopefully these voice actors will find a way to join whatever cast they want regardless of this kind of things. Thank you again for bringing this to people's attention!

man i mer rak’s dub va once and he seemed pretty happy someone knew him for something other than panda in jjk (which i do love too). he also appeared excited about the prospect of being casted for a season 2, really sucks if he won’t be back.

Hey Joe, I assume you are either neutral or pro union considering the writers guild strike and now this, how hard is it to join a VA Union? Asking for curiosity sake. You don't have to give up if you are part of one but just wanted to know if the process was easy/hard depending on the project?
