YUM!!!it has gruyere. It has to be yum! I live all the ingredients. I'd caramelize the onions though. Even though I bet it doesn't need it.

I like the concept Bruno. I will be making Vanilla Blondie with my special Ganache, Mascarpone Coffee cream and Rambutan for the fruity special surprise. Super experimental I hope it turns out well!
