This era marked the end of truly great R&B music. Ironically, I'm sure everybody who was in highschool when this came out probably heard their parents say the same thing about Stevie, Aretha, Roberta Flack, and others. I guess we all go through that phase in adulthood, but man I wish it was still like this. I don't even listen to new R&B (if you wanna call it that) b/c it's all show and no go. Sex, sex, sex, (wet bath cloth on the nightstand), and more sex, sex, sex. :)
