This is very true and its because during the day we are distracted by work or school and whatever else it may be. At night we get to feel and reflect on the days past and really connect with our thoughts and emotion's, its 2 am and here I am missing my girlfriend cuz I rarely see her and I just need her in my arms😥

I don't know if will help, but i'll share a piece of my story: Many years ago, i used to roam free through my own thoughts, isolated myself without knowledge of those around me and even ignored my own family when it came to talk about myself. I used to think that something was wrong because i couldn't bear being near them, just the thought of happiness gave me chills, at the time, it seemed like i forgot what it felt like being happy and share my thoughts with another. Nevertheless one day i found myself listening to a person talking about their hardships, and then, i understood my assigment, the reason i wasn't happy, the reason i couldn't stay near everyone else... I was afraid, afraid of being hiding myselft while putting on a facade... It may seem stupid but at the time a thought crossed my mind, "i want to help this person be free of this burden" and so i did, i tried my best and with time and effort i helped that person, and, for the first time i was happy, so much that when i got home i started to write everything that happened. I started to help everyone around me who had problems, and for a long time it was fine, but then, i noticed that i had changed, all those burdens i shared and carried with those i helped were eating me alive. I started to eat less, sleep less and even talk less. There were problems at home that were hard for me to deal with, death of those dear to me and at one point i became emotionless... It was my first time that i thought i needed help but no one i knew could do the same i did for all those years or even had the thought to share my own burden as i carried their burden as well, i didn't know what to do so i turned myself to the place were i could get answers without revealing myself: the web I started hearing this tipe of music and little by little started sharing little pieces of my story in the comments, though many only recieved likes and no replies i was slowly getting my emotions back, because my story was being read. At one point someone did reply to my comment saying comforting words and that i could be free to spew everything out, that everything was gonna be okay and they were there to help. For the first time i cried my eyes out, i cried the whole day while my emotions were coming back, then i took the offer that that person said and i put every piece of my life into one huge thread of comment and replies. I've never been so grateful to someone for hearing my story and sharing my burdens, i don't know where they are right now, but i'll never forget their help. And now i do the same, i'll help you as long, as best and with maximum effort as i can, so you can rest assured that someone knows about you, cares about you and is a friend that you can say everything to
