I gotta admit; based on his name, I thought at first that Butters was in the asylum because he went mad from all the insanity the pandemic caused and got stuck in his Professor Chaos persona. What we actually got is a thousand times better. Bonus points for Victor Chaos _unintentionally_ causing more devastation and destruction than Professor Chaos could have even dreamed.
