I assume the reason they do that is because they are all too aware that lots of properties do not have those things because they are old as hell, or the owners/landlords never bothered modernizing them up to standard. Meanwhile, people with any experience buying homes or going from rent to rent know that basic modern facilities in homes are not at all guaranteed. This is not regular humor. This is dark humor.

@@classiccartoonnetwork7552 Sometimes, they do reruns of older cartoons, but that only lasts a couple of hours. Other than that, they give half of their space to kiddie shows, and you have to wait until 7:00 PM to see something remotely good.
