God I've always loved Crystal. Even before my eyes beheld, it was the voice over radio that melted my heart. But she is so stunningly beautiful. I both envy and pity the guys in her band. My heart couldn't take it ❤.
I have listened to this song sung by so many different different singers ( male & female) so many times over the past few weeks ,& I have found Crystals version is performed with so much more passion & feeling than any other Artist , so well done Crystal , I really love your version best of all 💝💝
She is my favorite country of all time. She has stuck to her country roots. And ever let her celebrity to go her head. And very down to earth. Young ladies in country music today and learn something from her!!!

can someone tell me why they don't make singers and PEOPLE of this caliber anymore? music whthere it's country or rock or (gag...pop / rap) just can't compare to the music made back then. I loved her growing up and I love her still now. Timeless I tell you. Timeless.

I am a singer/songwriter and speaking only for myself, I can say that Crytal's posts is accurate. I think a lot of compromise happens with labels and the only way to really write the music you believe in is to do it independently. But maybe the music god's with align and prove me wrong :>P

Music takes you to the most beautiful times of your life. I love it all from classical, folk, rock and through all and on to country and everything in between. I called oil exploration the 'rodeo' when I was young... and when this song was first about. I always said that I loved that darned old rodeo as much as I loved the girls. Crystal has the voice of an angel and she takes me back to a time when life was so rich and so wonderful and with so many dreams of tomorrow for me. Thank you.
crystal came to dublin last week, she sang this song in concert and sounded just as good as she does here. I'm female, hetrosexual, and I think she's fantastic. I hope I look as good when I'm her age. She looks as beautiful in person as she does here. Why, oh why did I cut my hair! I'm letting it grow again, as from now. I love you Crystal. I think this live performance of Someday Soon is even better that her studio version. Crystal seems to have enhanced it with more feeling and, of course, watching her facial expressions on this video is just mesmerizing. Thanks for uploading Charles.

No one can touch Judy Collins' version, but Crystal comes pretty damned close. Crystal actually had Judy as a guest star on her 1979 TV special (the clips are on RU-vid), and told her about what a big Judy Collins fan she'd been in the '60s, which is apparent from this beautiful version of this song.
Many years ago, when I was a great deal younger than I am today, I saw this gorgeous lady in concert at the Royal Concert Hall in Nottingham. A memorable evening to say the least. Thanks for the upload 👍
