Yeah in five years it will be over populated with cheap homes 2,500 families with kids and just a terrible place to live with cookie cutter homes and traffic. #Annoying 🙄
The lack of people of color in Prosper is hurtful. The fact that kids of color will never get to enjoy a lagoon because of the racial inequalities and the wealth gap.
Financial outcome is not a function of racial inequality. Equality of opportunity is different than equality of outcome which is why Asian and Asian Indians are often left out of the racial inequality conversation. If you look at the school grading sites and look at the scores for attendance, math and reading by ethnicity for younger kids... You'll see clear differences and it's unlikely societal bias could effect a child that young but moreso a cultural one. Especially, when you consider that certain minority groups came from regions in the world that are even worse off than the poor from this country and within 1 to 2 generations are able to go from a lower class in their own country to a middle to upper one in America .
@@IThinkNowListenUp *"Financial outcome is not a function of racial inequality."* While technically I completely agree with this, the after affects of racist past not paying P.O.C. or giving equal opportunities to P.O.C. still is apparent in today's society, as generational family wealth has a part to play in the mix.
