Oh snap, although it is a useful thing to know how to finish an already fired crystalline piece, I'm looking for descriptions of how you get them to grow like that in the first place. I don't need your exact ramp schedule or trade secrets. Just some basic description of the environment that yields monstrous growth and broad description of technique to get them to grow.
