We are making the slow transition from an fps to a peaceful dancing game. This is exactly what we need right now. Valve, let's make it happen! Add dance-offs for sudden death situations! The bomb site turns into a dance floor. The opponents throw away their guns. The music starts. Spot light and ... action! Rhythm combos with sweet animations. Imagine all of that for the next April Fools patch ...
This genuinely cheered my up and improved my day. It's just a good, old fashioned, home grown, organic, non-bio, dairy free, heartwarming and funny meme.
Same here dude. Just got out of the hospital for a broken elbow from trying to bomb a hill on my skateboard. This is just so simple yet it puts a smile on my face, which I appreciate since not being able to skate or play video games has me feeling a bit down lately. Philip is the best ❤
It's still there been reported immediately after the update rolled out, just a portion has been fixed. I honestly thought 3kliks would have seen that on the subreddit before posting this, it makes the video inaccurate saying it was fixed immediately.
@@Furious321 It was but the physics were toned down. FaN jumps happen to give the physics enough of a "boost" that the legs are still crazy pre-patch more or less
Emote that only usable at the beginning or the end of the match would be fine, also if they don't do the Smooth Criminal, someone gotta steal their Valve from their office
It's still around. If you hold A+D instead of counter-strafing properly while on a peek, you lean still. So, bad players who can't counter-strafe properly are leaning their characters in gun fights. It explains so much of what I'm seeing.
This was like the spycrab situation in TF2 were players meme it to death after discover it, and Valve decided to keep it and even make a easter egg taunt for it. Sadly CS2 higly competitive scene means it could'nt be on the game for long😢
Given how Valve took it with humor in both Twitter and the patchnotes, how well liked the bug was and how technically non-affecting it is to gameplay (bar maybe the very rare edgecases affecting visibility where the enemy can only see the legs at very particular angles), I wouldn't be surprised if there will be references to it in the future within the game. Like a sticker might be made, referencing it (this seems the most likely case). Or they make it like the TF2-Spycrab, and while fixing it, allow a dedicated animation happen in a very rare case (that quickly fixes itself to be as it should be) under certain situations (least likely thing to happen, but the one I want to see the most).
The spy crab was never patched out, but they did do that rare taunt emulating it. Re-enabling this bug (cs_smoothcriminal maybe?) would be much like the Overtime repetition bug turned tf_overtime_nag command.
part of me is sad its gone, this is the type of natural development of a game that can really breathe life into a game. If this was less easy to do and was found a few years into cs2's life, i could see it not being patched out
@@lukeX2mI mean, the could look towards finding a way to re-add it as a real feature that's properly balanced, leaning could really change how cs:go gets played in an interesting way I think (tho i really just want more games with leaning lol)
@@lukeX2m Plenty of devs/studios for single player games leave in cool glitches that you have to go out of your way to pull off. 343 and Bethesda have even patched glitches used for speedrunning back into games where they had been previously patched out.
@@rgnd i mean it probably isn't but I can't help but feel it'd be cool if it were lol, this glitch just looked way too fun (never got to try it out before it was patched lol)
It’s because the distance threshold for the IK on the feet isn’t being procced for some reason so the feet are trying to go to the previous IK targets that are further behind the character where they were standing originally. Happened to me in a game i was making a while ago
This bug will be remembered throughout the gaming history till its end. Come back here in 20 years and people will still make fun of the legendary Michael Jackson peek
You know you work for a fun company if they let you make a business account on social media a meme page for one of their HR or PR managers to mess around on. Plus, you know, its valve. A very neiche company to get into anyway.
The same company who extend an event and wrote "GabeN losing a lot recently and havent get all the item and threaten to fire us if we don't extend the event, so now who get all the item, GabeN. Who still works at Valve? Us."
you should be able to lean left and right using "q" and "e" buttons. That way when you get into a fight you can spam QEQEQEQEQE and wiggle around as you dodge everything
i didn't know of this until now. ragdolls flying when shot killed by a shotgun was the most fun i've had playing but this would've taken the crown had i seen it.
It would be very interesting to see what kind of funny moments video you could create with your gameplay. Seems like your humor and editing would be a lot different and fresh that what is out there right now.
