CSB Personal Size Large Print Black LeatherTouch Review and Comparison 

I love this Bible! I have it black and indexed. It fits so well in the hand. They are actually going to do a personal size single column in a calf skin - I think it’s set to release next spring (2024) according to their website. I have their compact single column and I think it’s going to be an awesome pairing in the personal size. Great review! God bless!

I found a 2017 like what you showed and it is on its way.

I've got the bonded leather wide margin reference CSB. I've yet to start using it. It's in its box on the shelf looking at me. Im way into my NASB2020 atm.

I think the CSB single column is a home run as far as font size, line spacing, line length, font type.

Thanks for this review! I didn’t know the 2020 had already come out in the Lg Print Personal Sz edition, which is actually my favourite CSB edition, such a handy size. I have it in the brown genuine leather which is actually stamped “goatskin” on the back cover (a split goatskin, very smooth texture). So I’m assuming the new 2020 in the brown leather will be the same, (I wondered if they would continue to use it! I like it!). Too bad you didn’t have the 2017 edition to compare with. The red letter in mine is nice and dark and consistent throughout. I agree the red in the 2020 is way too faint, what a shame, that ruins it for me. I prefer black letter too, just so much easier for reading! I also have the Single Column Personal Sz 2017 (also in the brown goat) & I do believe you’re correct, the font style looks different to the Lg Print, which is odd as I believe they’re both listed on the publication page as the 2K Denmark comfort print? And yet one has serif subject headings and the other sans serif! Hmm… Anyway, good catch, I’ll be sticking with my 2017 version. And hope to get the CSB Diadem when it comes out, next year?
