I need help I’m stuck in a habit of pressing a and d to fast and it’s annoying me before I could hit 270+ but now I’m just spamming and I can’t keep up with my strifes befor I was getting 270 with like 7 strafes now I’m getting 240s with 13 strafes i need help man

I took a break and I don’t have the terrible muscle memory but now I can’t get more than a 260 can’t get 265 can’t get 270 FeelsBadMan

Is there any servers like that right now because every KZ server im in are like parkour maps that are really hard and i want to start from the basics

every kz map has a longjump area like this somewhere near the start button, usually it's labelled something like "LJ room" but if you just look for anything that looks like a door or teleporter near spawn u'll find it.
