Cub Cadet Relief Valve Fix. 

Thank you for the video and help. I've got the same problem with my 982 and 1872. I did service the rear end on the 1872 and fortunately I bought it non running since a cup of water drained out first. Local IH dealer recommended Baldwin hydraulic filter and the rear end gasket. BTW, what size are the ribbed front tires? Looks good to me!

If you want to try and rebuild your relief valves, drill out small in top to about 1/8 and use a punch to drive internals out the botton. Suspect that is how pros do it. No welding, re crimp bottom perhaps in a fixture. Have not tried it.

Where do you send your valves to get them redone your hydrostatic rebuilt
