Theirs nothing wrong with it I remember when I worked at home Depot I drove these all around that error 101 code popped up on all of them I want to say it was a emergency break or a button you have to hold down they come with weird magnet keys my issue with them was the steering wasn't great on the zero turns

the left wheel is seemingly "locked" on mine. drive engages and trys to power wheel but does not move the wheel. left tire also won't roll freely. right wheel rolls free when machine is off, left wheel it's like the parking brake is stuck on or something, except it's not. any ideas?
If you purchased it from Home Depot and have a receipt, you need to call cub cadet and register your mower so you can activate your warranty. You are covered under the manufacturers warranty or should be. Hope that helps. 👍🏻
Just got one, depot has to deliver with forklift, can't move it right wheel seemed to be frozen. Is there a way to put mower in free wheel(neutral) Any suggestions thanks
I would call Cub Cadet. As long as you have the original receipt from Home Depot, it is covered under their manufacturer warranty. Call them and let them know its brand new and you can't even use it.
