I suffered this syndrome for almost 3 months, so I did this routine 3 times a day, and after 3 weeks my elbows completely healed, no more pain !!! thank you sooo much for your help my friend :)
@BuzzmFrog hate to hear that man. it's been almost 6 months im dealing with this in my elbow. no problems with fingers. just woke up one day with it. its very depressing. im going to try another massage or chiropractor. anything at this point.
@@III_Eagle_III I had been asking to my therapist to pull my cervical vertebras with a wet towel when I am laying down on table facing up for 15 minutes..resting every 1 minute in each session.. for every 5 days for the last 5 years.. believe me this is a must to have it. Please you study anatomy.. central nerve system.. brachial plexus nerves involved and chiropractic at home like I do.. in fact. I ve had the pleasure to help others people.. with this syndrome
This process really works! I went to the doctor and spent WAY too much money on tests, etc because my arm was going numb every other day. Finally, I just did these workouts 3 times a day, and after a month my numbness went away. Thank you!
THANK YOU! this has been bothering me for months now. I play guitar and it was really affecting my ability to play certain things. These exercises have helped me tremendously in such a small amount of time.
My right arm has something going on. Not sure if it’s carpal, cubital, cervical, or whatever, I’ve even had shoulder surgery to repair a torn up labrum and bicep tendon which just made it worse. Hand goes numb, has loss of motor response, fatigues and cramps up, entire arm and shoulder has loss of muscle mass. I have found these nerve glides do help to some degree, as well as daily biomechanical habits. My left arm also has a nerve issue, but this is from numerous shoulder dislocations as a young adult, and a severe elbow fracture as a child. I have great arm pathology and am paying for it now I’m in mid 50’s lol, Ibut some of the u tube videos such as this have helped me well beyond any medical professional. So I gave u thumb up
Thank you! I would add: Do these even when symptoms are gone. I have done exercises like these in PT before and they did help. When my fingers improved I didn't continue, so that was a mistake. I will do these every day even when I feel good.
i work in a coffee shop and part of the job is tamping espresso (putting pressure on espresso by pressing down on it with a tamper a (flat disk with a rounded handle)) and it puts a lot of pressure on your hand. i noticed my pinky and ring fingers aching so i looked up your video and it helped with one stretching session. it helped with my shoulder too. Thanks for putting this on here. it helped a lot
I've had this for 4 months and can't play guitar anymore, like I used to. Very depressing and upsetting. I lean on my elbows and arms a lot, and when I sleep I curl my arms under me, a habit i've done for years. I really need to work on this.
@@III_Eagle_III I had surgery on both elbows which helped a ton. Its not a 100% fix but they told me it wouldnt be. I am able to play guitar again though!
Sadly I believe these exercises have exacerbated my symptoms. I have much more pain in my pinky finger than before and now I'm experiencing it in my left hand that I wasn't before. Thanks a lot!
I feel like I have this type of syndrome. But isn't painful at all, however, my pinky and ring finger feels kinda weak and tiklish (especially if I move them). Is this cubital tunnel syndrome?
These are great thanks. It seems that the 3rd and 5th exercises each have an additional motion that could be their own exercise. Is there a reason for keeping the motions together?
From two days I have this pain and started doing these exercises today, Even my nerve pops sometimes during first exercise. I am looking for the answer too! Thanks
@@Ati422 YEah, you just have to find a physical therapist who can help. My physical therapist would physically work on it and rub it to go the right way. It takes some time, and it still occasionally feels weird but it used to hurt AL the time, and it never hurts anymore. Also doing light physical activity helped mine, it got a lot better when I started going to gyms indoors to rock climb really easy stuff, it gave it a workout with out over-doing it. I would give surgery as your literal LAST option. A lot of times the surgery doesn't help or makes it worse. Give it time, my physical therapy took over a year to finally make me feel completely better, just don't give up! If you have any other questions feel free to ask.
I can't clearly see what the actress is doing in exercise #3 or exercise #5. If I could see exercise #3 from an angle, then I would be less confused. If I could see #5 from an angle, and if I could more easily see a close-up of what her hand is doing....that would be great. But I still can't quite figure out what's going on with #3 and #5. I'm getting a little confused at 2:19 to 2:29 and 3:10 to 3:20. Maybe it's the angle (or distance from the camera), but I just can't see it properly.
i have pain only in ring finger and its upto the nail part only.pain is very sever kind of and its comes and goes itselves.please suggest what type of dr should i visit or any exercise sir
I got this after playing so much pubg mobile game....Will these exercises can totally cure my hand??? Plz reply anyone. I am very much worried for this....And it has been bothering me for 6 months
Is it possible to have it in both arms? I've had wrist pain and many other pains in my hands for months. I'm just not sure why they happened since my pinkie is the only thing that falls asleep when I don't position my elbow straight at night.
+Ghostly I developed mine simply by reading in bed. I am not kidding (wish to God I was!). Beware of sustained pressure on your elbows, regardless of how light!!!
it's been more than a year I'm suffering from this. the doctors say the popping of nerve is natural and nothing to worry about while it really hurts my elbow when I extend it. is there any hope of recovering with these exercises?
"According to the American Society of Shoulder and Elbow Therapists ulnar nerve gliding exercises should be performed three times a day" Should I perform all the 5 exercises 3 times a day or only choose a few of these exercises? Isnt that a lot? I play the piano and this issue has been bothering me for 4 months already!! Thanks, greetings from Argentina :)
I'm guitar player and also I'm working in a warehouse ,the doctors diagnosed me with golfers elbow but non of the seem to acknowledge the ulnar nerve problem in my elbow my freaking bone is moving and you can see it with naked eye and the last doctor he laught at me when I told him to look at it
Request X-rays and and ultrasounds on your ulnar nerves in both arms, that's what I did. I have an issue with the nerve sliding out of place when I flex my elbow
@@intraserv3123 I went to a private physiotherapist and he diagnose me with what I thought it was cubical tunnel syndrome in doing better even tho I had one flare up ,I'm 6 weeks in therapy and the sliding had stoped a week ago but it came back few days ago but it's smooth
thank you. may ask onething i have shoulders muscle issue started all of sudden, i was surfing net for 10 to 12 hours constantly and one night i got arms wekness and gradual deltoid muscle eakness adn diffucult to carryout heavy owrks with arms, immediately get tired by both arms.and difficulty to hold iphone while lying flat. i think i have cubital and median nerve issues. please help .
Hi, i have suspected Cubital Tunnel and have not get this nerve conduction test done. However, my symptoms are bit different from others. I dont feel pain on my elbow. But my pinky and ring finger goes to numbness during my sleep from time to time. Numbness only happens during my sleep. Is there anyone else experiencing the same problem? or anyone can confirm that it is cubital tunnel?
Yes, you likely sleep with your arm bent under you and that is causing it. Wrap a towel around your elbow and secure it when you sleep, and if that helps you should sleep with elbow brace.
Same here, at night my pinky n ring finger get numb...n i wake up bcoz of that into the point that you feel the numbness is coming up toward the elbow. N the pop sound in my elbow n the last two fingers.
