Hi there, Once the rice has cooled down and is cold to the touch you can remove the rice pot and cover the pot and leave it in the fridge over night. I hope I’ve answered your question

Help!!! Just got this Cuckoo rice cooker and right out of the box the clock was set 3 mins slow. I’ve been trying for hours to set the correct time by following the instruction book but no success. Can you help me? I’m doing what the book says but the display screen doesn’t arrive at the point to adjust the minutes.

Hi there, its 1:1 ratio, so 2 cups of white rice requires two cups of water and set as ‘Glutinous’ If you’re making brown rice then the same ratio as white rice but the settings would be GABA brown rice. I hope my response was helpful
I bought the same one, but I wonder if my rice cooker is broken. It doesn't make the sound when you push the buttons and the menu doesn't show all the options on the screen. I was only able to cook rice one time and now when I press cook, it won't do anything...
@Nikkis_Channel Hey, thank you so much for replying back. My husband got it to work. I had to press and hold the cancel button to get out of keeping the rice warm mode so I could cook new rice again. I am enjoying the rice cooker now. 😊
@Nikki. I just found your channel about the Cukoo Rice cooker 0655F. I just bought this one on Amazon, but can not figure out how to set the Clock. Can you please do a video/short on how to set the time? I read the directions, and it says to hold the Set the current time using the “Hrs”, “Min/My Mode” button. Press the button longer than 1 second. Make sure not to change A.M. and P.M. Each time you press “Hrs” button, the time increases after 1 hour. Each time you press “Min/My Mode” button, the time increases after 1 minute. In case of 12:00 at noon, it will be displayed 12:00 P.M. However it will not work for me. I must be missing something. I just received this rice cooker and I tried cooking Jasmine white rice at Glutinous cooking mode (not turbo) and then Brown Jasmine Rice at mixed cooking mode and both mode made rice all sticky and not nice like yours. What is your typical measure of water to rice ratio? For Jasmine white rice? And for brown Jasmine rice? Thanks
Hi there, So happy you have a new rice cooker, the ratio is 1cup of Jasmine/brown rice to 1 cup of water 1:1, but the settings are different for both rice. Jasmine uses Glutinous rice setting and brown rice uses GABA rice setting, hope this helps you in making fluffy rice next time
Great question, it all depends if you use turbo function or just regular, usually it’ll take 30 mins for turbo and a little longer for regular rice to cook
