Used blue paper shop towels to stuff underneath each bolt I was removing to block off any space the bolt could fall into (you warned us about); can use paper towel or tape to create a snugger grip between the socket and bolt head if you don't have those magnets as I did not. Great video and really helped me.

Hi jack Like you vids and you dog is great. Boy have you had some issues with this truck, I have a Land Rover 109 and apart from a service I have never had to touch it, my jack Russell loves to come for a ride. Good luck with the truck, best wishes from England.

Does anybody know how to remove a govenor on a 1988 GMC one ton with a 6.2 diesel with a 4spd trans and 373 gears in the rear end it won't go over 55

Governor in pump limits rpm to 3400 or 3600. That’s max for this motor

Why not just take the water pump and fan off a extra 10 min to make it easier
