We're working hard to make CUE1 available to everyone who needs it across the globe as soon as possible but entering a new country is a complicated process that will take some time. The best thing you can do is to express your interest in CUE1 via our waiting list and state your location as this will help us understand where demand is coming from and better focus our efforts. Dear Mahesh, thank you very much for your interest! We're dedicated to working with and for people with Parkinson's to make sure the CUE1 is effective for as many as possible. We have previously tested the CUE1 with participants of a wide range of ages and stages, and seen improvements in symptoms throughout including slowness, rigidity and freezing of gait. Please see here for full details (charconeurotech.com/testing-results/). However, we would still like to conduct further research into the effect of CUE1 on all stages of Parkinson's. Hi Salwa, thanks for the comment :) I'm afraid CUE1 is not yet available but we are trying our hardest to complete all the steps we need to in order to get the device to those who need it. Hi Anamaria, thank you so much for reaching out on your mum's behalf, it's really touching to see you're looking out for her so much :) I'm so sorry to hear she has such difficulties. The DBS question is a very important one - we have tested with one person with DBS and expect the CUE1 to be impactful on top of the effect of DBS. We don't expect the CUE1 to interfere with DBS devices, but have been advised that anyone who has DBS wishing to use it must check with their DBS device manufacturer for compatibility before doing so. We have currently only tested the CUE1 for people with Parkinson's so far. We will need to do further testing for people with MND before we are able to confirm.

Hello Susila, thank you for commenting :). We plan for the CUE1 to cost around £295 upon release, though this may change due to other considerations such as manufacturing costs. We understand that price can be a sensitive issue, and we are passionate that finance should not be a barrier to accessing our technology.
