Thank you for this video. I needed the help to understand the blade choices to use. I have been hand cutting the cabbage, it produces a non-consistent result. My son and I ate at your Las Vegas restaurant in 2009 and bought the book. It's a family favourite cookbook, for many years. I really learned how to make a proper hamburger and the surrounding meals. the proportions are off in this recipe. Not nearly enough liquid to cover that amount of cabbage. Also, I have the latest cuisinart shown in the video and the bowl fills up before getting through a small - much less a medium cabbage. I dont' know - maybe they live in a land that grows only tiny cabbages. i added a dollop of mayonaise to the end and this helped turn it into cole slaw and not just shredded cabbage.
