I'm having this problem with my unit and I can't seem to find that wheel for sale anywhere ? Can you recommend a online source to purchase this or a part number?

I don’t have a part number available at the moment but if you go to your local Culligan and ask for an HE flow wheel they should be able to sell you one. Hey thanks for watching. It’s called an HE flow impeller. If you can’t source it you can always just set the water softener to regenerate by day intervals. I have a video on my page showing how to do that
