That's a really neat idea, but it wouldn't be allowed on a public road right-of-way for safety reasons. If you could come up with a more attractive version of the scoop-shaped culvert end pans, that would be great!
Great idea, but it’s just aesthetic. it doesn’t comply with civil regulations in the public and I’d rather have a precast modular headwall on its outfall, or optionally get in contact with a prefabricated concrete company to use a brick mold to make a custom prefabricated headwall. Or just build it out of brick. I’m concerned about the amount of micro plastics. As we all know when a liquid flows on a surface, micro particles on that surface come loose and go into the water, this culvert essentially will eventually flow to the sea after an adventure in storm drains, rivers ect.
