I'm gonna be doing this soon, a lotta good info and visuals to be had here. Great video, and I think I'll be running an ATS kit as well, hopefully mine includes all the pulleys lol.
Horsepower is very addictive and as quick as 1k hp sounds it’s just not that fast in a truck. I can definitely see wanting more I urge these guys to keep pushing the envelope I truly enjoy this series.
@@usalives2562uhhh 1k hp in a diesel is fast and the torque is almost double that. A vehicle that is rear wheel drive and has no weight on the rear is more than 95% can handle. Not much on the road that is keeping up with that kinda power.
So I know that I’m late to the party. Just a couple of quick questions if you don’t mind? 1: how has the kit performed (street/daily) manner wise over the last couple years? 2: would recommend the ATS kit over the PPE kit (03-04 CR) truck and if so, any major reason why? There seems to be quite the price difference between the two kits. Thank you for posting this video as it contains tons of info.
you should do a video on how much simple parts actually add power, like intake horn in a single video. also what boost did it make when you did the 1200 hp pass with nitrous
Ok so I wish I even had 1000 hp daily....maybe when the pulley they failed to send comes belt will be more reasonable tension but I like silicone hoses to its why I use mishimoto hoses
Awesome video! Those missing parts happen. I've been there before. Would you recommend a stroker single or a dual set up if you don't plan to make over 850 hp?
I have a 06 5.9 g56 has a airdog 165 4g lift pump. Would having a dual cp3 benefit the truck at all stock? Will be having 100% overs and supporting mods soon, debating on dual fuelers or just a big single cp3
I ended up getting the Industrial Injection Dual CP3 Kit . I hope it is good I'm installing it now. One question do I run the feed from the Airdog lift pump to the Fleece Distribution block then to the 2 cp3 pumps ? Also do I keep the banjo return lines too which I think yes and do I need the extra metal bent lines for the fuel rail ? Instructions for a stock truck are good but for a truck with a lift pump and distribution block there isnt any instructions lol
Hey Bro what do you think is the best Dual CP3 kit out ? I'm about to purchase mine and wanted some wisdom on what you think is the best and easiest kit to install ?

Yes this is all self funded. Keep tweaking until we max out these 100% overs. If the 5.9 engine lets go I could care less to me they are useless. It’s not like we are going stupid all the power added is calculated and being recorded
@@horsetorquesdiesel ok kool. I was just curious. I've loved all videos so far and look forward to future videos! Wish I could do mine but gotta save up first lol
@@horsetorquesdiesel thanks! I was looking to get one just based on the price compared to the fleece one. Guess I’ll just wait a little longer and go with fleece.
Big thing is injector spray angle so the injectors from 2003 to early 04 are different from 04.5 to 07. Both engines use a cp3 injection pump but the early common rail 5.9s (03- early 04) use a different injector wire harness and also have a different fan shroud and use an he341 turbo vs an he351. Also the 03-e04 trucks have the tv motor and tps mounted in the spot that this twin fueler kit mounts. 04.5-07 has the tv motor mounted on the transmission case. Other difference is that 03-05 trucks cannot use efi live tuning and you need to use either hp tuners or mm3 tuning. 06-07 5.9 can use efi live and that is the best tuning platform for those model years. 03-05 mm3 tuning is where it’s at
