El mio tiene problema que going up long hills it starts to over heat. I changed the radiator, coolant thermostat and fan works fine but it still starts over heating and the oil temp goes to like 260f. You think my oil being so hot makes my coolant temp get so high? I get a check engine when my oil temp gets to high and it protect the engine losing power. And my coolant temp goes all the way to 225f but I pull over and don't let It get past that temp.
260 it’s a lot first take a temp gun and get readings on different spots first take one at top radiator hose and other at lower radiator hose than at engine cylinder head by temp sensor and lastly by thermostat housing see if it matches or is there close let me know
@macisogomez744 so I found an air hose leaking a good amount of air that goes to the block on driver side and I changed the quick connect and It seems to be keeping cool now. I think it might have something to do with the fan because now you can actually feel a kick to it and sounds louder than before. But my oil temp still keeps getting a Lil high. Might need a new oil cooler or oil thermostat but might as well put it in all new to be on the safe side
@@okijhbg awesome definitely a plus point for you that air line is what actuates the fan clutch so yea should make a difference but on your coolant temp, if your oil temp is high it’s either oil thermostat 90 % of the time and sometimes your water pump that doesn’t move coolant fast enough through the block
