Hi, this was a very helpful video. I have a n14 celect plus and it was cranking long. I cleaned the check valve behind the ecm. I replaced the fuel return check valve by the fuel pump and also the small filter screen in the fuel pump was replaced as well. It definitely helped a lot. But I like the idea of adding another filter by the primer lines before the debris reaches the first check valve as you have explained in the video. How much did this whole setup cost to get ? Also I am in ontario, canada. Do you have any shops here or partners that I can go to, to get this done. Please advise.
@@Axmedisaqq460 yes thank you brother, I did that already. I just like the fact how they have an extra filter to catch all the debris before it even reaches the check valve and small filter
@@jaskarunsingh5076 @jaskarun singh fuel filter base part is 3591077C1 or cummins 3832633 fuel filter no is FF2003 on this truck we used existing bolts on frame to mount or just look for good spot original fuel line going to ECM cooling plate can reach to new filter base , so from new filter base we use regular fuel line i think #10 and made hose with reusable connectors , or just got to your local hose crimping place , we install one 90degre connector to hose to mach angel and be able to connect hose , its basic . or you can look for similar fuel filter base like on fuel holding tanks mounted on pickup trucks (farm and fleet ,tractors house etc) just remember ALL OLD N14 generally crank longer then any other trucks we have fuel pumps in stock if need good price .
most common leak is on small metal fuel tube on back side of fuel pump rusted out they don't sale separate , or other spot is just worn out rear gasket its mounted with 4-5 bolts and seal under is gone . probably need new pump , if on older Volvo truck be careful with plastic fuel lines crack easy .
