Cummins SCR Repair - NOX Efficiency

This video should be titled "How to Replace an SCR Catalyst". It has little to do with how to repair an SCR efficiency fault (it's "SCR efficiency", not "NOx efficiency"). Before you shell out a bunch of money for a new SCR catalyst, there are things to inspect and test, starting with checking the DEF with a refractometer. Most importantly the SCR pump override test to make sure the pump is working and the doser isn't clogged or stuck open. Then, disconnecting the doser and monitoring the NOx sensors during a manual regen to make sure they are within 50 ppm of each other. If you don't do all the tests and inspections, you're blindly throwing parts at the problem.

I am getting SPN 4364 FMI 18 Aftertreatment 1 SCR conversion Efficiency. I have replace first inlet and outlet sensor but the codes still shows and check engine light. I was thinking next to replace Doser Valve and see if that helps. Otherwise its something else. Can you possible help me out and know what it could be?

You skipped how to change the ECM code. Can u explain the steps?

I installed a brand new computer in one of our trucks, installed the same calibration it has all the updated parts and i get a code now and i didn’t with the old computer and same calibration. Do you know how i could fix this? The new ecm is the correct part number by the way

I have done the SCR replacement , updated the wire harness. Insite is telling me that I need a fleet count to download the calibration into the vehicle. Do i need to make a work order to do that or call cummins. I have insite pro by the way.
