you know. I often come across comments like "Mugman has become violent! How could the creators do that." I think there are 2 options. Or you love it or you hate it. for the first time, I also thought that he was some kind of brutal, but this is a humorous show. there is no need to think about the fact that this is cruel. like in looney Tunes, SpongeBob or the amazing world of Gumball. of course, it's strange to see such a contrast between the first and second season. and the is still probably a liiiiittle too far, but you know what? The more I look at this season, the more I like it 🤔🧐✨
I thought it was funny when elder kettle said “what did I tell you about mutalating your brother with my hedge tools?”this means mugman does this weekly.
I love how he's canonically one bad day away from homicide. I was at first very frightened by the Devil taking him, but I have a feeling like our boy is gonna cause him some trouble... Update: NOTHING MUGMAN DID CAN COMPARE TO THE SANTA SCENE. WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT. YOU SAW IT TOO, RIGHT? JESUS CHRIST.
@@kziila0244 Please don't compare a well-written character with a heaping dose of trauma and an incredible and memorable presence in every media he's appeared in to the Joker. That's an insult to my man Mugsy.
@@kumain_ng_keso bruh there is this youtuber I watch who was so excited for season 2, but people spoiled the whole thing for him while he was streaming; and now he doesn’t want to watch it . :/
I mean, the jail was less of a traumatic experience for him than living with his brother Maybe he will like hell and have some fun on there, maybe even make some demonic friends
When mugman goes ballistic, and says "I've had with your stupid music, stupid face, and your stupid crooked hat," it kinda sounds like he said stupid f**king hat.
Mugman’s face afterwards: oh... great... shit... Mugman after putting the wooden legs on: I saved this man’s life(3 seconds later) WHAT THE FUCK HAVE I DONE
He has more traumatic experiences with Cuphead's shenanigans than the Devil, no sh*t Mugman will loose it once he reaches his breaking point. Pun intended.
IT is utterly insane to me how much development Mugman and Cuphead got this season, especially Mugman. He isn't just the cute, shy counterpart to balance out Cuphead's chaos. He is a menace and should be feared.
Im curious what made you think that cuphead was the smarter of the two? If I'm not mistaken in the beginning of the game its cuphead that kept rolling the dice, even after the devil made a deal with their winning streak. For which Mugman tried to stop him but was too late because he saw he was going to rig the game. /gen, I dont know if my comment sounds judgey or anything but im genuinely curious about it, its been a while since I've played/watched the game so I may of forgotten smth
@@Foxception It works better with the dlc and the cookie if both try to use it. Mugman drops it on accident while Cuphead tries being fancy catching it in his mouth... and missing.
Whoever designed Saltbaker must have had a hand in making this batch of episodes. Whatever crazy juice they gave him at the end of the DLC was blatantly sprinkled onto pretty much the entire cast. And Mugs here clearly got the biggest piece of that salty pie, and dang does he put it to good use.
10:07 Need I remind everyone that THIS is the same Mugman the Devil decided to drag into hell with him as leverage over Cuphead? Like I know it’s unlikely, but Old Scratch _may or my not_ be biting off more then he can chew with this.
The devil didn't even realise himself, he would have had maguire problems with him and if the devil changed him evil oh biy I would not like to imagine the scary things he comes up with 😭
@@lafayel9947 ill be honest they do just fine when the other is absent, my favorite episode is the ice cream one and cuphead is only on screen for like 30 seconds
nah he just wants to read his book and at that point in the season he’s fed up with everyone’s bs and gave the ice cream guy multiple chances to stop annoying him
I wouldn't be surprised if the in universe explanation for Mugman being so fucking unhinged this season was the result of him and cups being in prison.
Okokokok but every time Mugman goes crazy I believe more and more that it’s foreshadowing the events of the bad ending in the game itself (where the devil turns Cuphead and Mugman into mindless demon slaves). I feel like that just HAS to be something the creators would include… right? I mean, I would! It makes a lot of sense… kinda… listen: *season two ending spoilers my dudes, be prepped* in the end of season 2, the devil kidnaps Mugman and takes him to hell, and that’s where we leave off. The devil is a cruel person, we’ve already established this, and what wouldn’t hurt more than taking away your rival’s loved one? Eeehhhhh…… finding half a worm in your apple. Okok I’m joking, but for real now. Turning said loved one against your rival would be like sliding down a cheese grater into a pool of salt and lemon juice. It would HURT. Plus, I mean, teeechnically you could call it canon in the game itself since it’s like, an ending and all….. But ye Look I’m desperately trying to find theory ideas and such for the next season to fill the hole it’s left in my soul (lol that rhymed) but like…. Yeah. I think that mugman’s hostility in season two is foreshadowing him being turned against Cuphead in season three. I mean, the whole kidnapping thing was foreshadowed in cuphead’s nightmare from Sweater Off Dead. Plus the whole ‘mugbeard dying’ thing is something to look at too… I guess. Anyway Yeah If you actually read all this then uh…. Thanks lol 😂 ya didn’t have to
If I remember right, didn't they put out a comic about how bad of an idea it'd be for the devil to keep the brothers as demons? They managed to destroy Hell.
Alternate theory; Stickler and Mugman become bros and drive the Devil absolutely MENTAL to the point where he's BEGGING Cuphead to take them back or put him out of his misery.
It reminds me of Double D's moments of snapping when he's usually kind and quiet. Though maybe not attacking anyone 😅 Man those two have a lot in common! Some Cuphead and Mugman moments do remind me of Eddy and Double D's interactions 😂
Mugman is definitely a better character in personality this season he is a bit similar but he is very funny this session I definitely think this session was way better than last season but last session was good but a bit. Boring because it did not have a lot of spoilers and references with Hilda burg captin briney beard Clara Maria the piano player and some of the npc’s and I think the voice actors were very good and funny I think Cagney carnation and bibi the clown and the genie should be in next session because their some of my favourite bosses in the game 😂🤩☺️👌🏻🙏🏻
Something I noticed: When cuphead physically attacks someone, most of the time he has a thought out, reason. Even if it's a stupid one. But when Mugman Physically attacks someone, it's because he's either 1: frustrated, or 2: wants to.
