Recipe:
250 g cottage cheese
70 g butter
50 g hard cheese
2-3 tbsp sour cream
4 garlic cloves
1 tsp lemon juice
Pepper, salt, dill and molds
Preparation:
1.Grate the cheese.Press the garlic through a press.Chop the dill.
2.Rub the cottage cheese through the cheese, add softened butter, cheese, sour cream, garlic and lemon juice.Salt, pepper, mix.
3.Form balls, roll in dill.Put into molds 1 ball at a time.And decorate with greens.
