Such a tragic loss of a very well respected intelligent man. Watched a lot of he's programs and he grabs your attention 100% he'll be sorely missed by all who knew him. R.I.P Micheal 😢

I will tell you the effect Michael Mosley had on me I never went to school and when I watched programme talking about what he did the difference is I understood it when spoke about anything he did and because of him I eat really well now everything fresh going mre iss seeing him on the BBC weekend at teatime and am sure in saying they only made one like him till we all meet again brother

Happy New Year, Dr. Mosley. I've been suffering from Vertigo - BPPV - for the past four years and it's effecting my balance on a daily basis. Trying to balance on one leg is a non-starter, as is continuing my favourite pastime, Morris Dancing. Sudden changes of direction make my head spin and cause me to fall over. I'm now 75 years of age and was planning on Morris Dancing keeping me fit for the rest of my life, as many of us continue to dance into our 90's. I've lost 2 Stone in weight over the past 7 years, but still have BP problems. I'm now down to 11 Stone and hope to get back to the weight I was when I was 30; which was 10 st 4 lb, with a 30 inch waist. I'm currently 36 inches. Thank you for all your programmes, which I always find very interesting and helpful. I now drink a lot more water that I used to, instead of Tea and Coffee. I eat a couple of squares of Dark Chocolate every day - 85% - and have been t-total since I've had the BPPV. Onwards and Upwards.

Dr. Mosley is always wonderful to listen to!

Standing on one leg while listening. Yes, with closed eyes it was much more difficult, 30s I could do at least though.

I go on 5-day water fasts every three months. Controls my RA.
