This is the third quick weave video I've watched in half hr where the tape ran out, battery died, or camera cut off right as they were about to do the closure. If it's a matter of not wanting to show that particular part, why make the video? If the recording medium actually failed you, your subscribers would appreciate a follow up video including that instruction. Either way, it was a very nice style; good job.
Suzanne Walker thank you for your comment. You can charge this mess up to an inexperienced RU-vidr. I was working with 1 battery an 8 gig and 32 gig card when I first got me camera and started my videos. (2years ago) I now have 3 batteries and SEVERAL memory cards. I was recording my real clients back then, they were on a predetermined time limit and are expecting to get in and out with ease. I HAD to record straight through. I've recently hired models and booked a studio to shoot when more time is required. Hopefully you can see the growth on some recent videos. I've grown in my video production and hope you'll stay around to check out some new uploads. I have one I'm dropping this week. Have a blessed day!
wish i cud have seen the video of how u did the invisible peice cus that was really good i like that she was popping and the hair stylest was moving lol im try that
That's why we use a water soluble protector. When a guest is ready for removal of her extensions, she simply saturates her hair with water to loosen the product and the cap is immediately removed with the hair and adhesive still attached. no damage is done, the hair is NOT difficult to remove clients experience no pain.
I think I want to try a quick weave on myself but I could never understand how the the he'll it stays on your head it's just hair glued to the wig cap not your hair won't the wig cap start to roll up and fall off ? Also can I remove it and put it back on like a regular wig? Hopefully someone helps me out with these questions rather then a girl bye lol
kenocrazylady i used to wear quick weaves and am about to get one..it won't just fall of..lol..if you work out a lot or sweat a lot it may not last as long. unfortunately you can't take it off and on like a regular wig. after a while my tends to start to lift in the back, but if the style is so that you can't see the back of your neck it won't matter, but by then it's probably time to take it off. hope that helped some.
+kenocrazylady This is a late response, but I think that I can provide you with a more clear answer... so you can better understand the process. When I do a quickweave I usually start off with the hair molded down (wrapped and covered in grow protect solution (usually called gps). After I have done this I apply a wig/stocking cap and glue the hair directly on to the cap. The cap will not move because the glue will seep thru the stocking cap and adhere everything to your hair. Hence, the reason for the gps. I have found if you start with a braid base it can be lumpy or the glue can possibly seep into the braid and cause matting or tangling when trying to remove hair. When it is time for removal of the quickweave you simply wash until the unit loosens from hair. Some people use gel or spritz instead of gps. This is not good, can still cause damage or dryness to hair because of alcohol in these products. If you want to be able to remove quickweave like a wig.... braid or wrap hair, apply saran wrap and cap... then glue and style quickweave on your head. After it has dried, take off, and remove saran wrap from inside of cap. Put back on braid or wrap base.
