sure he sparring people that might not be on his level but you cant ignore his skillset he carries to be able to make these guys look like "bums" @@Apocalyps3666
Sparring and fighting are two totally different worlds. He's definitely talented, but that doesn't automatically mean he'll be a good professional. I personally think they're putting way too much pressure on the kid. He's like 16 and he's already all over youtube in mayweathers gym. Their setting him up with heavy expectations and a target on his back, and again he's still just a kid.
@@Cilent__ you right, he is just a kid. Although, if boxing is what he wanted to do & he stuck with it while his family & the Mayweather gym backed his decision full send, I believe he’s a bit relaxed about carrying the weight of the world on his shoulders.
@@Cilent__ he’s 17 and already a professional fighter. He definitely still has to develop but you can obviously see the immense amount of skill he possesses. He’s been doing this for as long as he can remember being alive😂 the kid isn’t like any other young guys out here, he really is different. But, nonetheless; he still has room to grow of course and needs to have more experiences before getting to that elite level. (He also fights at featherweight/ super featherweight)
dude is strong. He's like Mike Tyson, except he waits until you get in his circle instead of approaching you like Mike would do. He's not afraid of punches either. As soon as you walk in his range, it's over.
@@YoursDadsMomDaddypeople be on here just saying anything when it comes to boxing lmao. This kid doesn't do a single thing like Mike. He's talented but there isn't one single comparison that can be made.
Sharp for sure but got over confident towards the end and got caught with a short right hand that no one probably noticed, he was stunned for a second but finished strong
@AKHiTV I never said he got "hurt" I said stunned, boxing term just like a flash ko for example which does not mean an actual knockout. You being a common boxing fan I would think would have understood my comment. Seems like you were just eager to respond without comprehending
Floyd single handedly put the pro boxing spotlight on Devin Haney, Errol Spence, Gamboa, and Tank Davis. But other then Tank every fighter left him as if he did nothing for their career. Hopefully this dude doesn't do the same because they all seem to stop progressing as much skill wise once they stop training at the Mayweather gym... All of them get hit much more than Floyd... Curmel seems to actually be learning Floyds level of avoiding punches.. hit without being hit
No he did not put the spotlight on Errol Spence. Spence was never with Floyd, and was touted as the best prospect coming out of the Olympics before they even sparred. Him beating Floyd up in sparring, just gave him more credibility. Everybody that saw him in the Olympics, or followed amateur boxing, already knew he was the truth..
Devin Haney was also a social media star prior to turning pro. He leveraged his following in a similar way to Ryan Garcia. If you want to give Floyd Sr. Props for training him along side his father during his amateur career, then that's warranted.
Bro curmel dont care about hit and not get hit , watch his fight against cuba hands low and brawling ,Hes fun to watch though and has crazy speed and power
@@samiw11234 He got hit clean enough to make him take a step back and on his way back in his leg jerked. That's not being off balance, that's getting rocked. It's great to see this kid already having fanboys like you tho. He's cold 👌🏽 can't wait to see him tear thru divisions
You really believe pillow-fisted Haney TKO'd Tank? I got a bridge to sell you then lol The story was Tanks fat ass quit cause he was gassed and after weeks of drinking and partying, he thought he could go in there and spar against a young Devin who was in shape. So stop lying
In this video he showcased he can dance around and use the back foot and footwork to outbox and use the jab and feints to find the opponents rhythm and timing
@@AKHiTV some of these people don’t box or something they talking about when his foot did their little shaky leg when he landed back down after he got hit, but that’s because he landed down on his foot wrong I thought he was moving on his heels and his toes
Why is my boy acting like a bully though? need to take some lessons from Mr Crawford on how to behave... that type of stuff will take away his focus. You are not Mike Tyson my boy and lessons will be learned at some point. FRFR
I mean he would’ve tore him up anyway whether he talked shit to Floyd or not. I highly doubt he talked shit to Floyd, stop trying to make this a reality show.
If Devin doesn’t stop Ryan, he not beating Tank, straight like that. The power, speed and counters of Tank will defeat Devin. Tank is way faster and stronger.
The dude was talking bad apparently, sometimes you gotta show someone what’s up. At least they are doing it in the ring and not on the streets or with weapons.
